We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a Business Operations Manager who can own day to-day operations, build scalable systems, and support leadership in creating a world-class delivery environment.

Role Summary

The Business Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end GDC operations including office administration, vendor management, operational governance, employee support, compliance, and business continuity activities.

This role starts as an Individual Contributor with full operational ownership and will evolve into a people-management and multi-location operations leadership role as the company scales.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high growth environment, enjoys building structured processes, and can act as a trusted operational partner to leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Operations & Governance:

  • Manage daily operational activities, dashboards, MIS reports, and attendance governance.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, audit readiness, and internal governance checklists.
  • Track operational KPIs, productivity metrics, resource readiness, and service SLAs.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs, reimbursements, vendor bills, and procurement workflows.
  • Support leadership with operational insights, reports, and process improvement proposals.

2. Office Administration & Facility Management:

  • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, workspace readiness, seating plans, and office infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor relationships including facilities, security, housekeeping, IT equipment, and AMCs.
  • Handle procurement, asset management, inventory logs, consumables planning, and license renewals.
  • Ensure access control, visitor management, ID card issuance, and GDC safety protocols.
  • Maintain 100% uptime of office utilities, cleanliness, and working environment.

3. Employee Operations & Internal Coordination:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end onboarding setup: system access, seating, device arrangement, welcome kit, and readiness.
  • Support employee engagement activities, communication, cultural programs, and internal events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning and timely operational support.
  • Assist leadership and U.S. visitors with travel, meeting arrangements, and logistical support.

4. Expansion Support & Multi-Site Operations:

  • Support planning and execution for office expansions, relocations, or new center setups.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations, site readiness assessments, and operations infrastructure planning.
  • Travel occasionally for audits, expansion projects, or vendor coordination in other locations.
  • Role Structure: Individual Contributor → People Manager

Individual Contributor

  • Complete ownership of Noida GDC operations.
  • Set up processes, frameworks, dashboards, and operational standards.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all operational activities.

Managerial Growth Phase

  • Lead operations executives, support staff, and vendor teams.
  • Manage multi-function operations including facilities, admin, logistics, and compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives, automation, and vendor performance improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in business operations, office administration, or corporate services (IT/Tech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of procurement, facility management, audits, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Google Workspace, HRMS/Operations tools.
  • Strong ownership, integrity, and problem-solving ability with an execution mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with changing priorities.
