Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise technology projects across cloud, integration, engineering, and digital transformation domains.

This role combines project management discipline with a strong understanding of technology delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, technical leads, developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, technically curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end execution of enterprise technology projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track progress against timelines and proactively identify risks and blockers.
• Ensure projects remain aligned to scope, budget, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.

Technical Delivery Coordination

• Work closely with Engineering, Integration, Cloud, and DevOps teams to drive execution.
• Facilitate technical discussions, planning sessions, and delivery reviews.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely resolution of technical dependencies.
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness activities.
• Maintain visibility into project health, resource utilization, and delivery risks.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support governance forums, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure project documentation remains current and accurate.
• Track action items and drive accountability across project teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key coordination point between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and milestones effectively.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Escalate issues appropriately and proactively manage expectations.

Agile Delivery & Process Improvement

• Support Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog reviews.
• Work with technical leads to prioritize activities and manage delivery commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Promote consistent use of delivery standards, templates, and governance processes.

AI-Enabled Project Delivery

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve reporting, meeting documentation, action tracking, and project visibility.
• Support automation of project management activities where practical.
• Contribute to Solutionara’s AI-enabled delivery model and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or Delivery Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology projects in consulting, IT services, or software development environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.

Technical Understanding

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preference for AWS.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and digital platforms.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Tools & Methodologies

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, AWS DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud, integration, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, Middleware, PIM, DAM, or CDP solutions.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients and distributed delivery teams.
• CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications.
• Experience in startup, consulting, or professional services environments.
