Role Summary

We are seeking a highly hands-on Cloud DevOps Lead with deep expertise in AWS and Azure
to architect, automate, and scale cloud platforms across enterprise transformation programs.

This is a technical leadership role. You will:

  • Own cloud and DevOps architecture decisions
  • Actively design and implement automation solutions
  • Mentor engineers and elevate DevOps standards
  • Engage directly with global clients in architecture discussions
  • Build AI-ready and scalable cloud foundations

This role requires a builder mindset and strong execution discipline in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Platform Leadership

  • Architect secure, scalable, and resilient solutions on AWS and Azure
  • Define multi-environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Production)
  • Design IAM, networking, security, and cost governance frameworks
  • Establish disaster recovery and high-availability architectures

DevOps & Automation Ownership

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins,
    GitLab)
  • Lead Infrastructure as Code implementation (Terraform preferred)
  • Drive containerization and orchestration strategies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Define release management standards and deployment best practices

AI-Ready Cloud & AIOps Enablement

  • Implement intelligent monitoring and AIOps practices
  • Support deployment of AI/ML workloads on AWS and Azure
  • Optimize infrastructure for scalable data and AI pipelines
  • Enhance observability and automation maturity across platforms

Technical Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor DevOps engineers
  • Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, integration, and data teams
  • Participate in client workshops and technical solution discussions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language

Startup Ownership & Execution Discipline

  • Take complete end-to-end ownership of cloud platform stability, security, and performance
  • Establish and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and engineering discipline
  • Build scalable DevOps foundations in evolving and fast-paced environments
  • Operate with clarity and accountability in ambiguous or high-growth scenarios
  • Drive execution rigor across CI/CD, release management, and infrastructure governance
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and prevent recurring issues
  • Continuously elevate automation maturity, reliability benchmarks, and operational
    excellence
  • Lead by example with strong accountability, structured thinking, and delivery discipline

Required Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in Cloud & DevOps engineering
  • Strong hands-on expertise in AWS and Azure
  • Deep experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience
  • Strong cloud networking, IAM, and security fundamentals
  • Monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
  • Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise/global clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Certifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect
  • Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) – Good to have
