Role Summary

We are seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise architecture standards and
technical governance across our Global Delivery Center.
This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture frameworks, strengthening integration
and cloud design maturity, improving estimation predictability, and elevating technical quality
across complex enterprise programs.
You will work closely with Delivery Leadership, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to
ensure architecture rigor, delivery consistency, and long-term technical scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

  • Design scalable integration architectures across ERP, EDI, eCommerce, CDP, PIM, MDM, enterprise applications, and data platforms
  • Define API-first and event-driven integration standards
  • Establish cloud-native architecture patterns across AWS and Azure environments
  • Ensure security, scalability, resilience, and performance best practices
  • Develop reusable integration frameworks and reference architectures

Architecture Governance & Standards

  • Establish and manage formal architecture review processes
  • Define standardized technical design documentation templates
  • Improve design consistency and reduce technical debt
  • Ensure alignment of project implementations with enterprise architecture standards
  • Support technical validation during pre-sales and proposal development

Delivery Enablement & Estimation Discipline

  • Validate solution architecture prior to development initiation
  • Improve estimation accuracy through strong upfront architectural clarity
  • Reduce scope creep through structured technical controls
  • Act as escalation authority for complex architectural issues
  • Partner with Delivery Manager to ensure architecture and execution alignment

Engineering Capability Development

  • Mentor senior engineers and emerging architects
  • Elevate integration, cloud, and system design maturity across the GDC
  • Contribute to long-term technical roadmap planning
  • Provide input on senior technical hiring decisions

Client Engagement

  • Participate in architecture discussions with U.S.-based enterprise clients
  • Present solution blueprints to senior IT stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-aligned communication
  • Support periodic travel to the United States for client engagements when required

Required Qualifications

  • Overall IT experience of 12–18+ years, preferably within the service industry, including 5–9 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and System Integration.
  • Strong expertise in integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services,
    AWS APIs, event-driven systems)
  • Proven experience designing multi-system enterprise integration ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native and microservices architecture
  • Experience in consulting or multi-project delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication and client engagement skills
  • Valid U.S. visa preferred to support potential client travel requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, supply chain, manufacturing, fintech, or eCommerce industries
  • Exposure to MDM, Data Governance, or AI-driven platforms
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based enterprise clients
